Is there really a free trial? Do I need a card?
Yes — 14 days, full Scale features, no card. Connect your tools, ask away, set up alerts. If it's not for you, nothing happens when the trial ends. No bill, no chase.
What counts as a "question"?
Anything you ask that needs an answer from your data — "what were sales last week," "which campaign had the best return," "why did returns spike." Follow-up tweaks in the same thread don't each count; a fresh ask does.
What happens if I hit my monthly question limit?
Nothing abrupt. The limit is soft — you finish what you're doing, and we give you a heads-up. From there you can add a question pack (+250 for ₹9,999, good for 6 months) or move up a plan. We won't cut you off mid-answer.
Do extra question packs expire?
You've got 6 months to use each pack — no "use it or lose it." Buy them when you need them, at your own pace. Packs only kick in once your monthly allowance runs out, so you're never paying for questions your plan already covers.
Connected tools vs. datasets — what's the difference?
Connected tools are live integrations — Shopify, Meta Ads, Razorpay, Shiprocket and more — that refresh on their own. Datasets are files you upload, like an Excel or CSV. Re-uploading a newer version updates the same dataset, so versions never count against your limit.
What does "take action" mean?
Beyond answering, Dashlyft can do things for you — pause an underperforming ad, update a listing, create a discount, confirm an order — right from where you ask. It's built into the Scale and Lead plans.
Do you support the tools Indian brands actually use?
That's the whole point. Alongside Shopify and Meta, we connect what Indian D2C runs on — Razorpay, Shiprocket, Delhivery, GoAffPro, Tally, and the major marketplaces — so you can ask questions that cut across all of them at once.
Can I switch plans whenever I want?
Anytime. Upgrade and the new limits apply right away; downgrade and it takes effect from your next cycle. No lock-in, no penalty. Prices shown are exclusive of GST (18% applies as per Indian tax rules); annual plans are billed once for the year.
